For businesses providing Design/Construction related services, interested in working with Northeastern University, this is the place to start. This page provides resources showing contract, insurance, and other requirements for doing business with Northeastern University’s Facilities and Campus Planning & Development divisions.






Northeastern University expects community members and visitors to follow safety protocols while on campus. This includes:

  • To perform a daily self-assessment 
  • To follow all guidance on self-isolation and self-quarantine
  • To visibly wear your Northeastern Identification card
  • To wear a face mask or face covering
  • To practice healthy distancing
  • To practice good hygiene, including frequent hand washing
  • To agree to temperature checks as requested
  • To comply with public health guidance and university protocols and policies
