Once your Event Space has been booked, Facilities Services work together with the client to help coordinate the event set up through the Facilities Event Service Request Form. Event space can only be submitted by students, faculty and staff from the Northeastern community.
Facilities Event Service Request Form
The Facilities event specialist coordinates event set-ups after the event space has been booked. All event set-up requests must be submitted using the Facilities Event Services Request Form.
To submit a Work Request, please follow these steps:
Reserve your space prior to proceeding.
Determine event setup needs.
For IT/AV support please submit a separate request using ServiceNow via myNEU.
Finalize arrangements with any outside vendors (tents, catering, production.)
