Northeastern Facilities is a complex organization with over 250 employees, efficiently managing over 8,300,000 square feet of both owned and leased building space spread over eight campuses.

 

Our departments are broken out into Design & Construction, Operations and Services, and Fiscal Management and Administration, and works in partnership with Campus Planning & Development.

Supporting the planning and development of capital project requests and is responsible for the delivery of projects ranging from minor renovations to major new construction.

Maintaining all building systems and physical environments, providing the basis for efficient and productive programmatic use.

Providing a clean, safe, and attractive environment that enhances the learning and working experience while establishing and implementing a long-range care strategy for the University.
