Ready, Resilient, Reinvented Video Competition Open Through March 16
Action Pact Boston is an organization of over 40 arts, science, history, sports, and entertainment organizations committed to protecting Boston from climate change. The Boston Green Ribbon Commission is a group of business, institutional, and civic leaders in Boston working to develop shared strategies for fighting climate change in coordination with the City’s Climate Action Plan.
These two organizations are teaming up for a video competition. They are asking people to create 1-3 minute videos about what climate change means to them. Videos should:
- Communicate the urgency of taking action within the next few years.
- Identify an opportunity for climate mitigation and resilience at an individual, community, city, or state level.
- Close with a clear action ask of the audience.
Videos should be submitted at bit.ly/resilientactionpact or using the hashtag #ReadyResilient on social media. A full rubric can be found by scanning the following QR code.
The contest is judged by popular choice with the top three winners receiving prizes of $500, $250, and $100. It runs from March 1st through March 16th.
